Dad was the youngest of 5 brothers that served during WWII; Louie was in the signal corps in Europe. Joe was at a Radar Station in the Caribiean. Ab was in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, and Europe, in a supply Battalion. Oakey was a bombedier shot down on his 8th mission, Dec 30, 1943- He spent 15 months as a POW. Dad was a Radio operator in the 677th. Angelo went in just after the war and served in Japan. Among these pictures you will see my Dad's Chevrons, name tag, dog tag, decorations, a crew picture taken in India, my dad pointing at the radio operator position, my dad standing by the nose wheel, & you will also find my father's flight records.
